30th January: South of England Cross Country Championships

A total of five team and two individual medals, including a win in each category came from Saturday’s South of England Cross Country Championships held at Paliament Hill. For a report on the event click here.

23rd January: Kent Schools Cross Country Championships

The Kent Schools Championships were held at Brockhill Park School on Saturday, where the Club’s members supplied 45% of the top ten places, across the eight age groups. Individual wins came from Fin Croll, Katie Goodge and James Puxty. A report on the event can be found here.

16th/17th January: Knole Run, Cross Country and Farnham-Rose Stateside

News from the weekend includes the fastest 3000m by a Tonbridge athlete for more than fifteen years, and from Knole where James Puxty and Stuart Brown finished first and second, with Alice and Clara Tyler finishing second and fourth. Tonbridge athletes were also in action at Lee Valley, and cross country events. Click here for all the news.

9th January: Tonbridge Dominant in Kent Cross Country Championships

Tonbridge Athletic Club opened the competitive year by winning both the men’s and women’s team titles at the Kent Cross Country Championships held at Brands Hatch for the first time. The male teams dominated the team events, whilst the female members captured more individual titles. Click here for a detailed report.


Club Membership Renewals for 2016

Tonbridge Athletic membership subscriptions become due on the 1st April. Competing athletes need to renew by 15th March to ensure ongoing registration with England Athletics and to remain eligible to compete. For details click here.

Tonbridge Masters

TAC Masters have entered the Kent Masters' Track and Field League commencing with the first of six meetings on 29 April and ending on 15 July - more details to follow. Graeme Saker has represented England in the Home internationals as a M50, where he became British Champion and features. Updates on the Masters can be found here.

Tonbridge Tornados

Tornados sessions will be held at Tonbridge School Sports Centre and Athletics Track on Sunday mornings during term time from 10:30 to 11:30. Should you require any further information please contact

Junior One Mile Cross Country Races

Tonbridge AC is holding cross country races for children aged 12 years old and below throughout the winter season. Cost is £2 per race and all finishers will be awarded a medal. Fixture dates and times can be found here
